We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were brand new, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the tasty breakfast, convenient location and the easy parking options.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartua in Kropyvnytskyi. The apartment was modern, clean, and located in a gated community. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center with plenty of dining options. The city itself is beautiful, and the people are friendly. I highly recommend staying at Apartua. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the city center and a variety of shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable amenities. the staff is incredibly friendly, providing exceptional service throughout the stay. Facilities including a playground and gated community provide added convenience.
Although overall a wonderful experience, some aspects of the hotel may benefit from clearer instructions on amenities and easier access to parking.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is near the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and parking. the hotel was very quiet and clean, which made for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
During our stay, we experienced issues with the water and electricity. The lights in the room would flicker and sometimes go out completely, which was frustrating.

The apartment was spacious and clean, which made me feel very comfortable. the location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and all the hustle and bustle of the city, making everything easily accessible. the staff was nice, accommodating and always ready to help.
Beware of plumbing issues. the water was brown and we had no hot water in the morning.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and like family. The facilities were clean, modern, and in great condition. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely consider staying here again!

The staff is helpful and friendly, beautiful and modern apartment, convenient location near city centre, clean and comfortable facilities, fantastic view and playground for kids, lovely reception staff.
